GPSR Kit provides software that generates product-safety documentation drafts based on information you supply. By using the service you agree to these terms.

Not legal advice

Documents are generated automatically and are provided to assist you in meeting your obligations under Regulation (EU) 2023/988 and related legislation. They are not legal advice. You are responsible for verifying accuracy, for the safety of your products and for compliance with all applicable laws. GPSR Kit does not act as manufacturer, importer, authorised representative or EU responsible person.

Payments & refunds

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Lemon Squeezy, which is the merchant of record for all orders, handles payment, invoicing and applicable sales tax/VAT, and provides customer service inquiries about payments and returns. Packs are paid one-time. Credit codes do not expire. If a pack is materially wrong for the product you described, contact us within 14 days for a correction or refund. Because digital content is delivered immediately at your request, the statutory withdrawal right ends once the pack is unlocked, without prejudice to the refund promise above.

Acceptable use

Do not submit false information or use the service to misrepresent unsafe products as safe.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the affected pack.
