FAQ
Does GPSR really apply to my small handmade shop?
Yes. It applies to all non-food consumer products sold to EU consumers, including handmade and second-hand-style items, regardless of seller size or location. Makers count as the manufacturer.
I'm in the UK / US. What else do I need?
An EU responsible person (Art. 16) — an EU-based importer, authorised representative or fulfilment provider. We don't provide that service, but our technical file is exactly what they will ask you for. Add their details and they appear on your labels and listing text.
Is this legal advice?
No. GPSR Kit prepares the documentation the regulation asks for, tailored to your product, based on the information you give. You remain responsible for your product's safety and for checking the documents. For toys, cosmetics and electrical goods we flag the additional rules you must follow.
Which languages are included?
English plus the official languages of every EU country you select — up to all 24 EU languages — at no extra cost.
Can I edit the documents?
The technical file is a structured PDF meant to be printed, signed and filed. All warning and listing text is shown on your pack page as plain text you can copy and adapt.
What if I'm not happy?
If the pack is wrong for your product, email us within 14 days and we'll fix it or refund you.
